Samples are taken at different depths in the bulk mass, in warehouses, silos, hoppers, trucks, etc. To quantify the conditions of the grain, such as humidity, impurity, broken grains, damage (by fungus, heat, brown germ, insect, rodent), other damage by weather conditions (rotten, stained, germinated, dry, frosty, immature), other colors, cracked grain and temperature.

Likewise, health is verified, quantifying the number of insects per kilogram, specifying whether it is a primary or secondary insect and the type of each one. If the client requests it, the number of samples required for chemical analysis for mycotoxins is sent.

Quality sampling and thermometry is of utmost importance to maintain good preservation of the grain in question.
